About Us
Welcome to Rox Journey. If you're here, Hyrox speaks to you — whether you're preparing your first race or chasing a new personal record.
Why this site exists
Behind Rox Journey is someone who knows the reality of the field: the 6am sled push sessions, the burpee broad jumps when your legs want to quit, the pacing strategy across 8 stations. After several seasons competing in Hyrox events across Europe, one thing became clear: reliable Hyrox training information is still too scarce.
Too many generic plans, not enough specificity. Rox Journey was born from the desire to fill that gap with structured, science-based content grounded in actual race experience.
Our approach
On the field, theory means nothing without practice. Every article starts from a concrete training or race scenario before diving into physiology or nutrition. Our recommendations are designed to be applied at your next session.
We believe in consistency over blind intensity. Lasting progress comes from smart programming, adapted nutrition, and respected recovery. No shortcuts, just consistency.
Our commitments
The data is clear: miracle promises don't make race times. We cite our sources, we test what we recommend, and we'll always remind you that an article doesn't replace a coach or a sports doctor. Hyrox is a collective adventure — on the course and online, we move forward together.
Outside the site, we love testing gear, exploring European Hyrox circuits, and optimising meal prep recipes for heavy training weeks. These passions fuel every article we publish.
Happy reading, and happy training.
